All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curbside shipments to business, residence or commercial addresses (some model outboard engines, life rafts and inflatable’s cannot be delivered to residences). Home and In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.

We do not charge shipping on items with a free shipping icon next to them on our website unless the purchaser has asked for a special shipping request or the delivery area is other than one of the lower 48 states or if the destination is not in a normal delivery are. IE, If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any foreign country, there will be an additional freight charge (if we will ship that product to you) and you will be responsible for any duty, taxes or VAT that your country's Custom Department collects. If you are in a remote area, on an island or in a zone that results in an abnormal shipping charge, you will be contacted to give you the option to cancel your order or to accept an extra delivery fee.

Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses, we cannot make a delivery happen on a certain day and we can only approximate delivery times. Basically we have no control over your package and only know what they tell us from that point on.

We will be happy to provide you with the tracing number, when available, given to us by the delivery company.


We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless we made the error in shipping you an item different than what you ordered (not what you meant to order, but what you really did order). On RARE occasions we may, at our discretion, allow you to return or exchange merchandise.

Under no circumstances can outboard engines, inflatable boats, service manuals, outboard parts, decals, life rafts, gaskets, electrical items, propellers, glues and or any item that is a special order be returned. If we do allow a return or exchange it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the freight back to us and send you the correct item freight prepaid.


While the majority of our merchandise is sold on the basis of no return, no exchange and no refund, Solution One Maritime Inv., LLC. will accept returns on some products in NEW condition within 3 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee. You must receive a Prior Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives before attempting to return any goods. All goods are FOB from our warehouse(s) therefore refusal of any goods, once shipped, does not relieve the purchaser from their obligation to except the goods. IE: Once shipped, the goods are the property of the buyer, unless they have not been fully paid for, in which case they remain the property of Solution One Maritime Inv., LLC.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Products such as outboard engines, inflatable boats, outboard parts, glues, decals, electrical components, life rafts and propellers are NOT eligible for return. There are many other items that are not allowed to be returned as well. Check with us BEFORE YOU BUY. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address and Return Goods Authorization number provided to you from our customer service representative at 813-241-6654. If you ship something back without a valid RGA number on it will be refused.  Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
